Bus Routes
Multi-state corporate cannabis dispensary operator.
If you’re in Ann Arbor for a big game or conference and found yourself on foot, good. This dispensary has limited metered parking. Located right off campus and very close to the sports complex and business school, this dispensary clearly caters to students.
This dispensary is not wheelchair accessible, but they will happily deliver to your car.
My budtenders were fun, which I liked. Some dispensaries seem to have a heavy mood. Not this one!
High Profile is right off bus lines 5, 6, 24, & 62
What’s Near this Dispensary
Redhawk Bar & Grill
The Redhawk is the closest restaurant on our recommendation list and is just around the corner on State Street. The Redhawk has great pub food (salads, burgers, and sandwiches) and never disappoints. Most of my vegetarian diet friends really like the black bean burger.
Savas
Savas is a bit more upscale but still casual. Savas is further up State St from Redhawk, the same side of the street, past Liberty. It’s a limited menu, but there’s something for everyone. You cannot go wrong with the bang bang shrimp as a starter. Savas is the first restaurant of Sava Farah, one of Ann Arbor’s leading restaurateurs.
Knights Steakhouse
Knights Steakhouse is on Liberty just west of State St and is one of Ann Arbor’s longtime restaurants and a local institution. Knight’s Twitter handle is @StrongDrinks – to let you know what you’re in for when you dine here. Always a good experience!
Once you’ve walked back towards campus, there’s a ton to do in this neighborhood. Take advantage of a walk in the diag. Then walk around campus and check out the beautiful architecture.
UM Museum of Art
UMMA, UM Museum of Art is just down the street, on State. There’s always a fantastic exhibit on show.
Axe Throwing
Axe throwing at Axe Ventura is just around the corner on Maynard. I’ll own that I have not yet tried this, but wow, this just seems so cool. They have two locations, one right here and the other in Findlay Oh. Let us know how you like this place!
Theaters
This is one of the closest dispensaries to some of Ann Arbor’s great venues. You’ll find Arbors Wellness is just a short walk from:
- The Michigan Theater & The State Theater. Catch a movie after you pick up your weed!
- Hill Auditorium (live presentations). Reserve some tickets ahead. Hill always has something great to offer.
- Rackham Auditorium Primarily for conferences, lectures, and chamber concerts
- The Power Center for the Performing Arts (this is a bit further of a schlepp, but still the closest dispensary)
Kelsey Museum of Archeology
The Kelsey Museum of Archeology is always fascinating. It’s recently been remodeled. If you like ancient artifacts, this is definitely the place to visit. Kelsey is fascinating!
Walk up State Street to catch up with some of Ann Arbor’s exceptionally cool and independently owned shops.
Bivouac
Starting with one of Ann Arbor’s beloved Bivouac. The Bivouac is an amazing sports gear and upscale clothing store. Founded in 1970 and family-owned, 2nd generation. There’s something for everyone here, even if you’re not a sports enthusiast.
Nickels Arcade
Nickels Arcade is just beyond Bivouac and is a covered mall with some very cool stores.
Bon Bon Bon
Bon Bon Bon is located inside Nickels Arcade and is a perfect place to pick up some awesome chocolate and other handmade candies – made in Hamtramck, MI. Perfect for your munchies or that special gift.
Comet Coffee
Comet Coffee is around the corner on State St, inside Nichols Arcade. There will be a lot of students here and you’ll get an excellent cup of coffee.
